help building a myspace complex banner?

if you visit http://www.myspace.com/dangerradio you will notice that they have a large banner and a video floating inside that image.. I have some decent knowledge of html and css but myspace is hard to fig out, does anyone know how to code a banner into a myspace as well as add in there own video like that??? thank you

The banner is put into the page or container div as a background image. The video is just placed between the body tags as normal either within another container div or table as most people like to use.
