Can someone give me information about surgery?

Im 15 and (this is not a self diagnosis) they just realized i have this condition. i have dimples on my lower back and a big hairy patch they also found proof on an xray. I know its the most mild form but some of the symptoms of this are Depression, loss of bladder control, and overwieght, and loss of bowel control. I have all of these symptoms. Is there any surgerys to correct the problem even at 15. Im willing to try surgery, even if elective. Im really open to any suggestions. please help
